Africam Safari’s Moonlit Adventure Lets You Explore Wildlife Under a Full Moon
Africam Safari in Puebla now offers a unique nighttime experience called Moon Safari. This special adventure lets visitors explore the park after dark, observing animals under the full moon. The main event runs every Saturday in January and promises an unforgettable journey through the wild.
Moon Safari begins at 6:00 PM and lasts around two hours. Guests travel in custom safari-style vehicles, guided by experts who share fascinating details about the moon phase today's animals. Along the way, they may encounter elephants, rhinos, hippos, and lions in their natural evening behaviours.
The experience includes a stop at a snack and drink shop for refreshments. Tickets for Moon Safari cost $2,450 MXN per person. Outside this event, regular admission to Africam Safari costs about 25 € for adults, with discounts for children and free entry for those under 3. Africam Safari remains open 365 days a year, though its hours vary between weekdays and weekends. Moon Safari, however, is exclusive to Saturday evenings in January, offering a rare chance to see the park in a different light—literally.
Moon Safari provides a distinctive way to experience Africam Safari’s wildlife at night. The event combines expert storytelling, close-up animal encounters, and a scenic moonlit drive. Tickets are available now for those looking to join this limited-time adventure on Eventbrite.
