The journey up Bokor Mountain begins with a well-paved road, taking around two hours by scooter. Rentals in Kampot cost between $5 and $20, with a full fuel tank adding another $4-5. Upon entering the park, visitors first encounter the Lok Yeay Mao Monument, a towering meditating Buddha statue with sweeping coastal views.
