There are group of people holding placards and walking. These are the trees. I can see small bushes. This is the banner. I can see a building with name boards attached to it. These look like cars. I think these are the current polls.

Defenders of Wildlife Center Leads U.S. Conservation Innovation

The Center for Conservation Innovation at Defenders of Wildlife has made significant strides in its mission to enhance U.S. wildlife conservation. It has completed the first-ever analysis of section 7 of the Endangered Species Act and the first evaluation of climate change in endangered species recovery plans. Additionally, the center serves on the policy task force of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services.

The center's approach combines science, technology, and creativity to tackle conservation challenges. It develops and applies new technologies for practitioners, including a habitat change detection tool. The center also identifies current and emerging conservation issues and develops solutions to improve outcomes. For instance, it critically assesses proposed policies, such as evaluating the impact of pesticides on imperiled species and advocating for policy improvements. Furthermore, the center provides data-based recommendations on funding needs for the Endangered Species Act.

The Center for Conservation Innovation at Defenders of Wildlife continues to innovate and contribute to U.S. wildlife conservation. Its groundbreaking analyses, technological advancements, and policy assessments demonstrate a commitment to protecting endangered species and their habitats.
