Eurhena ACT Fund Launches €300,000 for Cross-Border Heritage Projects
A new fund, Eurhena ACT small projects fund, has been launched with 300,000 euros. The fund aims to support associations and local actors in cross-border projects, particularly those benefiting shared cultural or natural heritage. It is co-financed by Interreg Upper Rhine and offers weekly consultation hours to facilitate access.
The fund, previously known as 'Actieprogramma Kleine Projecten' in Dutch or 'EUREGIO ACT-Aktionsprogramm kleine Projekte' in German, supports projects ranging from 15,000 to 80,000 euros. These projects must be completed within 18 months. The fund is managed by the respective Euregio or INTERREG administrative offices in the Netherlands and Germany.
Projects can be submitted to the relevant offices in different regions, such as EUREGIO Rhein-Waal, EUREGIO Maas-Rhein, or EUREGIO Enschede-Gronau. Each region has its own project offices and contact points. For example, in EUREGIO Rhein-Waal, applicants can contact the Euregio office in Kleve (Germany) or the Euregio Rhein-Waal Bureau in the Netherlands.
The Eurhena ACT small projects fund is now open for applications. Projects must fall within the eligible range of 15,000 to 80,000 euros and should benefit the shared cultural or natural heritage of the Eurhena district, which celebrates its fifth anniversary this year. Applicants are encouraged to consult the fund's website or contact the relevant Euregio or INTERREG office for more information and guidance.
