Europa-Park Launches Eurosummer Program for Young Adults in 2026
Europa-Park has announced a new initiative for young adults in summer 2026. The Eurosummer Program will mix work experience with cultural exchange for participants aged 18 to 30. Up to 50 people can join each of the two eight-week sessions planned for next year. The programme runs in two separate blocks: the first from 15 June to 31 July 2026, and the second from 1 August to 30 September 2026. Applicants must be available for the full duration of their chosen session. Eligibility requires EU citizenship or a residence permit, basic German or English skills, and an age between 18 and 30.
Participants will work across different areas of the park, including hospitality, attractions, and the Rulantica water park. The aim is to give them practical experience in an international theme park while fostering European teamwork. Accommodation will be provided in shared tiny houses, designed to build a sense of community among the group. Alongside work, the programme includes organised leisure activities like excursions and cultural events. Europa-Park hopes the initiative will offer valuable professional insights and encourage intercultural connections among young adults.
The Eurosummer Program will accept a limited number of participants for each session. Those selected will gain hands-on experience in a major theme park while living in a shared international environment. Applications will open for the 2026 intake in the coming months.
