Google's Flow relaunches as an all-in-one AI creative powerhouse
Google has relaunched its AI creative studio, Flow, with a major update that unifies text, image, and video creation. The refreshed platform now includes a flexible media library, advanced editing tools, and deeper integration with Google's AI models.
The updated Flow centres around Nano Banana, Google's latest image model. This allows users to generate images and build videos with Veo, the company's video tool. The platform also merges existing image generators like Whisk and ImageFX, streamlining the creative process.
New features include a lasso tool for precise image edits using text prompts. Users can now extend video clips and fine-tune camera movements within the same workflow. Google has also added collections to organize media assets more efficiently.
Existing projects and files can be transferred to the updated Flow starting in March. The tool remains free to use after signing up at flow.google, though premium features are reserved for AI Pro and Ultra plan subscribers.
Flow's relaunch brings together multiple AI tools into a single workspace. The update targets creative teams and agencies, offering more control over video and image production. Users can access the platform now, with project migration available from next month.
