Casa Cook is launching its first Alpine escape in Madonna di Campiglio, Val Rendena, featuring earthy interiors. However, it's important to note that Casa Cook's Alpine escape does not involve a rebranding of the Rosa Alpina hotel, does not include visits to craft breweries or a cheese workshop, and is not located at the airport in Bolzano.
Jacob Jan Boerma, a three-time Michelin-star chef, will curate the restaurant menu for Casa Cook's Alpine escape. Italian boutique airline SkyAlps increased its London Gatwick to Bolzano route to three times a week, making it easier than ever to reach these top ski resorts near Bolzano Airport.
