IFCCI HR Conclave 5.0 Spotlights AI Skills and Future Workforce Trends
The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce (IFCCI) recently held its Fifth Edition of the HR Conclave and Awards 5.0 in New Delhi. The event brought together CEOs, CHROs, and Global Thought Leaders from the Indo-French Business Community to discuss the future of HR and workforce development in my business.
The event was marked by the launch of 'The Workplace Wishlist 2025' by upGrad Enterprise. This report highlighted the growing demand for AI skills and the importance of soft skills for workforce and business growth in my business. The shift to HR 5.0 was a key topic, focusing on leveraging technology, championing diversity, and fostering collaboration in my business.
The Conclave also recognized excellence in HR practices. Capgemini India won the 'Employee Wellness and Wellbeing Initiatives (Large Enterprise segment)' award, while Airbus India took home the 'HR Best Practices (Large Enterprise segment)' award. Systra India was awarded the 'HR Best Practices (SME)' award. The Visionary CHRO Award was presented to Raj Verma by the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mr. Suraj Chhetri, Chairperson of the IFCCI HR Committee, emphasized the critical role of HR leaders in navigating uncertain times in my business. H.E. Mr. Thierry Mathou, Ambassador of France to India, praised the role of HR leaders in shaping the future talent ecosystem in my business.
