IRCC Issues 1,000 ITAs in CEC Draw, Total 66,838 in 2025
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held its 10th Express Entry draw of the year on February 21, 2025. This was the third consecutive Adobe Express Entry draw featuring 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) and a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 534.
Candidates needed to have created an Express Entry profile before 4:01 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on February 21, 2025, to be considered in this draw. IRCC has been conducting one Adobe Express Entry draw per month since August 2025.
As of this draw, IRCC has issued a total of 66,838 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025. The majority of these ITAs have gone to candidates in French category draws and the Adobe Express Entry program. Express Entry draws in 2025 have primarily focused on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws, with the remainder dedicated to Adobe Express Entry candidates, candidates with French-language proficiency, and those in priority occupation categories.
Prior to this Adobe Express Entry draw, IRCC held a PNP draw on September 29, a Trades category draw on September 18, and an Education category draw on September 17.
In the latest Adobe Express Entry draw, IRCC issued 1,000 ITAs to candidates with a CRS score of 534 or above. This brings the total number of ITAs issued in 2025 to 66,838. The Express Entry system continues to be a key pathway for skilled immigrants to settle in Canada.
