Koblenz Welcomes Squisitissimo: A Six-Day Italian Food Festival

Koblenz will host an Italian market called Squisitissimo—meaning 'exquisitely delicious'—from April 8 to 13. Organised by Athena International Company, the event will turn Schlossstraße into a Mediterranean food haven. Alongside local specialties, visitors can enjoy fine wines, cheeses, and traditional treats. The market will run daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with shorter hours on April 12 (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.). It coincides with Koblenz's regular weekly market on April 9 and overlaps with the Koblenz in Bloom festival from April 10 to 12.

Stalls will offer aromatic cheeses, cured meats, and handmade sweets. Regional Italian dishes and drinks will also be available, creating a lively gourmet atmosphere in the heart of the city.

The event brings a taste of Italy to Koblenz for six days. With extended opening times and a mix of food, drink, and local culture, the market aims to attract both residents and visitors. The city's usual market and spring festival will run alongside it.
