Kyly Boldy's Club Reset offers hypnotherapy for women over 40
Kyly Boldy has launched a new business called Club Reset, offering hypnotherapy and life coaching for women over 40. The venture targets those feeling burnt out, overwhelmed or disconnected from their daily lives. Boldy, a certified conscious hypnotherapist, brings a varied career background to her latest project.
Boldy trained in conscious hypnotherapy in Sydney before setting up Club Reset. Her approach focuses on rewiring subconscious beliefs formed in early childhood, between the ages of one and eight.
The business provides two main services. A five-session hypnotherapy package costs $2,225. Meanwhile, her 'Platinum 12-Step Coaching Plan' includes 13 one-on-one life coaching sessions for $2,570. For those curious but not yet committed, she offers 20-minute consultations in exchange for a $1 donation to mental health charity Beyond Blue. Beyond individual sessions, Boldy is organising day-long wellness retreats exclusively for women over 40. Tickets for these events are priced at $498 each. Boldy's career has spanned multiple fields, from beauty pageant queen and reality TV star to weather presenter and interior designer. She was previously married to former cricket captain Michael Clarke, with whom she shares a daughter, Kelsey Lee.
Club Reset is now open, with services ranging from short consultations to full coaching programmes. The retreats and sessions aim to help women over 40 address stress and reconnect with their goals. No public figures yet show how many have signed up for the retreats.
