MGM ditches NoMad for The Reserve at Park MGM in bold rebranding move
MGM Resorts is rebranding its NoMad hotel in Las Vegas after the property failed to attract the high-end guests it promised. The new venue, called The Reserve at Park MGM, will open on December 17, 2025, just one day after NoMad closes its doors for good. This change marks the final addition to MGM’s partnership with Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection on the Strip.
The NoMad Las Vegas will shut permanently on December 16, 2025. Its replacement, The Reserve at Park MGM, will launch the following day under a long-term licensing deal with Marriott Bonvoy. MGM Resorts International will manage the property, making it the company’s 13th and final Strip location to join the Marriott Bonvoy network.
The Reserve at Park MGM will debut later this month as part of MGM’s broader collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy. The move follows the closure of NoMad, which did not meet financial or branding expectations. With this change, MGM completes its integration of Strip properties into Marriott’s premium hotel network.
