Norma Brownell-Fuller, Identified Person
Norma "Cookie" Brownell Fuller (December 2, 1926 – July 15, 2025) was a globally travelled military spouse and art enthusiast who dedicated her life to sharing her passion for the arts.
Born in Manila, Philippine Islands, Norma was raised in the jungle area of the Bataan Peninsula, where her father was stationed as a U.S. Army colonel[2][4][5]. Her life took a significant turn when she married Lieutenant Elisha (Jim) Fuller in 1950 at Fort Hood, Texas[3].

Norma became one of the leading docents at the Joslyn Art Museum in Omaha, Nebraska[1], where she was remembered for her engaging tours and ability to bring art history to life. Her warmth, kindness, and passion for the arts were regularly highlighted by those who knew her.
