Prince William made his first visit to Colwyn Bay in North Wales on Tuesday. The trip included a stop at the Marine Conservation Society, where he met staff and supporters working to protect the oceans. The prince arrived at Porth Eirias beach, where a crowd of around 250 well-wishers gathered to greet him. He spent time speaking with people, shaking hands, and posing for photographs. One woman even embraced him, remarking on how tall he was in person. The visit marked Prince William’s first time in Colwyn Bay. His engagement with the public and interest in marine conservation highlighted the importance of the society’s work. The event drew attention to the ongoing efforts to keep Britain’s seas healthy for future generations.
