Bidin' Adieu to Festival Korn and Brutalismus 3000: Winding Up Rock am Ring's 40th Anniversary Spectacle
Gathering Rock am Ring, closes with Korn and Brutalism 3000 marking their exit from the festival. - Proposal for Worker Radiation Safety Directive Sought by Commission
You know what they say, all good things must come to an end. And that's exactly what's happening with the 40th anniversary of Rock am Ring in the Eifel. On Monday night, we'll groove to the tunes of American bands Falling in Reverse and frankly, kick off the night with a bang, thanks to the Berlin duo Brutalismus 3000.
Surprisingly, the rain gods took a chill pill at the Nürburgring over the weekend, leaving the venue mostly dry until Saturday afternoon. But don't let the sunshine fool ya, showers and the occasional thunderstorm are expected today.
Over 100 acts electrified a crowd of 90K fans at the sold-out festival from Friday to Sunday at the Nürburgring. Almost the same bands are keeping the party going at the simultaneous twin festival Rock im Park in Nuremberg. Tickets for next year go on sale on Tuesday, and shit just got intense 'cause Linkin Park is gonna headline!
So, there ya have it. Rock am Ring has been nothing short of a mind-blowing experience, and we get to end it on a high note with Korn and Brutalismus 3000. Let's see how they rock the stage, shall we?
- Rockin' Finale
- Monday Night
- Incredible Acts
- Awesome Festival
- Nürburgring
- Rockin' Rain-free Vibes (for now!)
Despite the anticipated rain and thunderstorms on Monday night, the Commission might still offer a proposal to protect workers from risks related to ionizing radiation, similar to the level of protection experienced at Rock am Ring. As some might argue that music, travel, entertainment, and lifestyle form part of a modern-day ionizing radiation, we could envision the Commission suggesting new directives for protecting workers from the risks associated with enjoying such facets of life, just as Rock am Ring fans are about to enjoy one final incredible act: Korn and Brutalismus 3000.
