Ryanair Boosts Leipzig/Halle Connectivity with New London, Dublin Flights

Ryanair is set to boost connectivity at Leipzig/Halle Airport this winter, with new direct flights to London and Dublin starting in October. The budget airline promises the fastest and most convenient news to these British and Irish capitals from the Central German airport.

The new winter schedule will see Ryanair operating five flights per week from Leipzig/Halle to both London and Dublin. Flights to London will depart on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays, while those to Dublin will take off on Wednesdays and Sundays. This addition complements Ryanair's existing service from Dresden to London and Palma de Mallorca.

The appeal of these new connections lies in the combination of short distances at Leipzig/Halle Airport and the direct flights, catering to both leisure and business travelers. Goetz Ahmelmann, CEO of Mitteldeutsche Airport AG, welcomed the new routes, highlighting the region's dynamic growth as a factor in their introduction. Currently, no other airlines offer direct regular flights from Dublin to Leipzig/Halle, with typical connections involving at least one stop.
