Saxony Showcases Medical Technology Innovations at Expo in Dubai - Saxony's Digital Health Innovators Shine at Dubai's World Health Expo 2025
Eighteen companies from Saxony are showcasing digital health solutions at the World Health Expo (WHX) in Dubai this week. The event, running from February 9 to 12, marks Saxony's 20th participation in what was previously known as Arab Health.
The World Health Expo, now rebranded from Arab Health, has expanded its global reach. Over 4,500 exhibitors from more than 150 countries are attending to present the latest medical innovations.
Saxony's presence is coordinated through a joint pavilion, organized on behalf of the Saxon State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labor, Energy, and Climate Protection. Among the participants is Meso International GmbH, a first-time exhibitor specializing in software for medical documentation. The company aims to boost digitalization and connectivity in hospitals, viewing the Middle East as a key health equity market.
Dubai's role as a business hub offers strong opportunities for Saxony's firms. The event provides a platform for finding new customers, partners, and expanding into additional markets.
While exact figures on past participation are unavailable, Saxony has confirmed its return with a shared stand at the 2026 WHX. The region's companies continue to focus on digital health, leveraging the expo's expanded international reach.
