- Royal China: This refined Cantonese restaurant showcased their signature Royal Peking Duck, complemented by Honey-glazed Kurobuta Pork and Roasted Pork Belly.
- IYASAKA by Hashida: This omakase-style Japanese restaurant offered a mindful tasting of seasonal goodies such as Hotaru Ika (firefly squid) and caviar nestled on buckwheat flour soft taco shells.
- Empire Grill: Known for its elevated canapé experiences, this modern Italian dining venue left guests craving more, with 48 skilled chefs prepping 26 hours to craft their delectable bites for the 500+ guests. In total, 6,850 canapés were served, rounded up with premium ingredients like caviar and bubbly champagne.
The main event unfolded at the Raffles Ballroom. Transformed for the evening, this spectacular space can accommodate up to 400 banquet guests or 600 guests during standing events. Expect nothing less than a feast for the senses, as you dined on hand-picked dishes from all restaurants, while live performances kept the lively atmosphere going.
