Mexico leads the way for budget international travel, offering low-cost flights to Mérida, Monterrey, Oaxaca, and León/Guanajuato. Other affordable international destinations include Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Madrid, and Lisbon. However, entry fees to popular U.S. national parks will rise for international visitors starting January 1, 2026.
