A new ranking has revealed the most affordable destinations for five-star winter sun holidays. Tunisia leads the list, offering luxury breaks at the lowest prices. The study compared average costs per person across ten popular spots.

Tunisia tops the chart with five-star packages priced at just £411 per person, making it the cheapest option for travellers seeking winter sun without breaking the bank.

Malta follows in second place, costing £525 per person. Portugal’s Algarve comes close behind at £526, securing the third spot. Both destinations provide high-end stays at competitive rates.

Turkey’s Antalya area ranks fourth, with packages averaging £616 per person. Cyprus sits just above Egypt’s Hurghada, priced at £618 and £659 respectively. These three spots offer mid-range affordability for luxury winter getaways.

Further down the list, Egypt’s Sharm El Sheikh comes in seventh at £744 per person. Morocco’s Marrakech ranks eighth, with packages costing £758. Madeira takes ninth place at £788, while Cape Verde rounds out the top ten at £1,052 per person.
