In the heart of the Middle East, Qatar is gearing up for an unforgettable winter season. Qatar Tourist (QT) and Qatar Airways have announced a captivating lineup of events and activities, aptly named "Feeling Wintertime in Qatar."
The seasonal expansion of QT's central "Feel more in Qatar" brand platform, the "Feel Winter Season in Qatar" project promises a diverse array of experiences for residents and visitors alike.
Immersive cultural experiences will take centre stage, with events such as Sana Qatar at Darb Al Saai, offering a unique blend of art, technology, and storytelling. The Formula 1® Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix, scheduled for early October, will bring the thrill of high-speed racing, accompanied by post-race concerts featuring renowned artists like Amr Diab, Alesso, and Bruno Mars.
Athletic events will also feature prominently. The Qatar GKA Freestyle Kite World Cup 2023 will grace the Fuwairit Kite Coastline from January 31 to February 4, showcasing the world's best kiteboarders. Tennis enthusiasts can look forward to the Qatar TotalEnergies Open, taking place at Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex from February 13 to 18, and the Qatar ExxonMobil Open, scheduled for February 20 to 25.
For food lovers, the 12th Qatar International Food Festival will take place at Hotel Park from March 1 to 11, offering a culinary journey through Qatar's diverse gastronomic landscape. The Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibit, happening at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from February 20 to 23, will dazzle visitors with a dazzling display of exquisite jewellery and timepieces.

The third Qatar Balloon Festival, featuring over 50 hot air balloons from 17 different countries, will also be part of the winter project, providing a breathtaking spectacle in the skies of Qatar until January 28.

The Disney Princess Concert, happening at Katara Ampitheatre from January 26 to January 28, will feature Broadway and West End's most renowned artists, along with a live performance by the Qatar Philharmonic Band.
