Virgin Hotels debuts in London with a bold Shoreditch retreat

Virgin Hotels has opened its first property in London, Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch. This is the brand's third hotel in the UK and first in the capital city. Located in the vibrant Shoreditch neighborhood, the hotel offers 120 rooms with nightly rates starting at £300 ($382).

The hotel boasts a rooftop bar, swimming pool, restaurant, gym, and treatment rooms, all accessible complimentary to guests. James Bermingham, CEO of Virgin Hotels Collection, expressed his excitement about the opening, marking a significant milestone for the brand.

Guests can look forward to redeeming Virgin Red points and American Express Membership Rewards points for future stays. The hotel's lobby lounge and café will transform into the pop-up Commons Club, Virgin Hotels' flagship food and beverage concept. Additionally, the launch of Virgin Residences is planned, further expanding the brand's offerings.

With this opening, Virgin Hotels' portfolio now stands at 9 hotels, with plans to expand to Miami and Denver in 2025. The new London property promises an exciting addition to the city's hospitality scene, offering guests a unique and vibrant experience in the heart of Shoreditch.
