The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin will host its renowned Champagne Brunch at Restaurant POTS on Easter Sunday. A long-standing tradition, this brunch takes place on the first Sunday of each month and on special holidays, offering one of the hotel's most celebrated culinary experiences. For Easter, the menu—served from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM—features exquisite dishes such as roasted lamb loin with eggplant caviar, truffle pasta baked in a Parmesan wheel, Holstein pasture-fed beef, and Brandenburg mozzarella with heirloom tomatoes.

A seafood station adds maritime flair with oysters, lobster mac & cheese, and poached lobster, while a selection of homemade éclairs and seasonal cakes provides a sweet finale. Priced at €225 per person, the brunch includes Louis Roederer champagne, an aperitif, and unlimited coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Children under 16 pay half price, and those under six dine free. The asparagus menu begins with a creamy asparagus soup, followed by asparagus risotto with semi-dried cherry tomatoes and Gran Moravia cheese, optionally enhanced with wild-caught prawns. For the main course, guests can choose between classics like Wiener schnitzel or grilled salmon, each served with fresh asparagus, potatoes, and velvety hollandaise. Alternatively, the asparagus can be enjoyed on its own—400 grams of Beelitz asparagus with butter or hollandaise.

A sweet finale of white chocolate, rhubarb, and elderflower completes the meal. Dishes can be mixed and matched, with prices ranging from €13 to €32. The restaurant embodies the essence of spring—light, regional, and full of flavor. Lunch is served Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 3 PM, and dinner daily from 5 PM to 11 PM.
