Travelodge Osaka Shinsaibashi to Open as Brand's Largest Japan Hotel in 2026

Travelodge Hotels Asia will open its newest property, Travelodge Osaka Shinsaibashi, in August 2026. The hotel, located in the bustling Shinsaibashi district, will be the brand’s largest in Japan. It also marks a significant expansion of the company’s presence in the country. The 300-plus room hotel will sit in Minamisenba, Chuo Ward, right in the centre of Osaka’s lively Shinsaibashi area. Guests can reach it easily via Shinsaibashi Station’s North Exit 3, just steps from the entrance. A short 10-minute walk away lies Dotonbori, famous for its bright neon signs and bustling street food stalls.

The property will offer a variety of room types to suit different travellers. Options include Standard Double, Standard Twin, Friends & Family Triple, and Friends & Family Quadruple. Its size will make it one of the largest hotels in the Shinsaibashi district. To celebrate the launch, Travelodge Hotels Asia is running a limited-time Pre-Order Sale. Bookings made through www.travelodgehotels.asia will receive a 50% discount on stays. Nearby attractions like Amerikamura, Midōsuji, Namba Parks, Honmachi, and Yodoyabashi add to the hotel’s appeal for visitors exploring Osaka.

The opening of Travelodge Osaka Shinsaibashi will strengthen Travelodge Hotels Asia’s footprint in Japan. With over 300 rooms and a prime location, the hotel aims to attract both leisure and business travellers. The Pre-Order Sale offers an early incentive for guests planning future stays.
