The route connects major US cities with a convenient stopover in Doha before reaching the UAE. The flights departed from Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO), heading to Sharjah International Airport (SHJ). Passengers faced two short layovers—one in Philadelphia (PHL) and another in Doha (DOH). The longest stretch, between Philadelphia and Doha, was in premium economy, while the remaining legs stayed in standard economy.
Travel dates spanned March to May 2025, aligning with the Spring Break period. Booking directly through American Airlines allowed flyers to earn AAdvantage miles.
